It is a really beautiful hotel just a stroll from the main touristic spots ! The rooms are modern , clean with comfortable beds ! We stayed at a deluxe room which was spacious with a large window to the little garden at the back of the hotel! The breakfast was great with traditional food which we all enjoyed ! The receptionist was very friendly and upgraded our room to a nicest one plus he let us leave the luggage after checking out for several hours ! Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant!

The location of the hotel is perfect - just a few steps from the main attractions and the tram stop. It was pleasant to find some cookies and bottles of water in the room on arrival. Free water was always provided there. Individual breakfast portions consisted of local appetisers, fried potatoes and eggs. It was tasty and a bit different every morning. When guests asked for some more coffee or a croissant, they got it. There is a small lift which is really great, especially after the whole day of walking. Our room had a magnificent view on the mosque illuminated in the evening. Besides, we could hear the evening and morning prayer - perhaps, some people would complain that they were awoken by it at 5am , but we enjoyed it. Such prayers can be heard throughout the city all the day. The staff is polite and helpful - they do their best to answer the questions. It is advisable to get a Transportation Card which can be used to pay the fees not only for any of the city's public transportation systems, including buses, metrobuses, trams, the tunnel and ferries, but also for the restrooms run by the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality - you just need to load money onto it in cash or by credit card using the machines on the tram stops. It is really safe to walk in the city; most people speak English and are eager to help you if you ask about something. Also, there are Tourist Police who are really helpful. The queues to the museums were not long at all - maybe because it is not a high season yet.
