We lived in the junior suite which offers a combination of cool design and a lot of space to catch your breath after all the walking experiences in Istanbul. Breakfast was great, views from the rooftop restaurant - picturesque and service was also above all the expectations- especially the fruit plate that we received upon arrival =) I'd also mention the cleanliness and the cleaning personnel - we've been out for the breakfast maybe for half an hour and came back to our room being totally refreshed. Would definitely come back.

The staff was extremely polite and attentive. They even organized a taxi for us to get to the Asian side. The coffee in their coffee shop is really good and super convenient to grab before exploring the old town. Everything was perfect!

One thing I give a must in my stay is a quiet ROOM ! Now days is a rare commodity! This hotel is ! At least the room we got (back side to the patio) in a busy noise neighborhood like sultanameth was heaven. What really sets this hotel apart is THE STAFF! They do anything, and I mean anything to please you and make your stay more comfortable. No complains, I give it a 10. Notice the size of the room (ours) is VERY SMALL, but it was what I booked so no surprises. Just take note if you are a big suitcase traveler. Still manageable. Clean, and prompt instant service.

Beautiful terrace with views of the Bosphorus, Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We left early for the airport and they had prepared sandwiches for us as breakfast wasn't available.
