From my first inquiry, Bjorn was beyond helpful. We had family meeting in Stockholm to begin out journey. Bjorn suggested Lulea as the nearest airport where we rented a car for the drive to Jokkmokk-the place where the magic begins. The glass huts was extraordinary-the best possible use of every inch of space. It was toasty warm inside and perfectly furnished. The views were out of this world. Bjorn also booked several adventures for us: snowmobiling, dog sledding and a visit to a Sami reindeer herder. One night he cooked for us, another perfect evening. We had two huts for three nights, which began with a Northern lights show. We could not have wished for anything more.

At the ground floor there are the lounge/bar and the restaurant, with great food options (buffet for breakfast and a-la-carte for dinner). Also there is a gym at 11th floor with basic but enough utilities for most needs. at 12th floor there's a sky-bar which exceeds the view and I fully recommend. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds, nice and clean bathroom. The daily cleaning is not by-default, if you need cleaning one day you need to ask at the reception. A special mention for the very helpful and supportive staff, both at reception and at bar/restaurant. We really liked it and fully recommend!

They had a sauna that opened at 3pm, but if we wanted to use it a bit earlier, they offered to start it up a bit earlier. The location was perfect, right close to downtown, but also not right in the thick of it. Highly recommend!

The treehouses themselves are so unique, we stayed in the mirror cube and it was incredibly cosy ! The mini bar was also well stocked and the portable speaker was a nice touch while we chilled for the evening. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really made our stay very enjoyable! When I mentioned I didn’t eat something on the menu for the evening James the chef put a lot of effort into creating an alternative. The atmosphere in the forest is incredible and the sauna and jacuzzi were a great treat ! Thank you Tree Hotel for an amazing stay !

Very nice location, awesome surroundings and view outside and since we came before season it was rather quiet, if more rooms would be occupied it would be probably loud. Rooms very clean and overall if you don't plan to spend whole week in room they are good for price.
