Absolutely beautiful dunes, water, mountain, views everywhere. Food at local restaurants great and reasonable prices. Getting around by bus to other towns is easy. The clientele was not exacatly what we expected, that is all I shall say.

Nice touristic town, with many options regarding hospitality, restaurants etc. the dunes was the highlight of the area, followed by the beach. The area is clean, full of palm trees, spacious roads, ideal for walks and runs. The sea is often windy/wavy and bit chilly so it might not be ideal for young kinds.

Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming.
Very warm with fantastic sea/ocean for swimming. Varied landscape of the shores while if you turn around you can be amazed by the great mountains. There is a special natural reserve at the south of Maspalomas, the Dunes, where you can feel if you would be in the driest desert really. At the Dunes although naked people appeared all the time coming out of the bushes, which makes that area not really safe for kids.

The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly.
The Hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly. The Unique Club experience was worth it. The breakfast was excellent. The half-board evening buffet was superb and not crowded in February. The evening entertainment was generally of a high standard.
The only negative aspects are included to provide a fair feedback.
The communication with the resort via Booking.com was difficult and uncertain so I had to telephone hotel twice to confirm requests had been arranged (eg taxi transfer). This may have been Booking.com process at fault rather than hotel.
The À la carte experience in La Toscana was rushed and overly efficient as pre dinner cocktails arrived with mains. Not worth the expense over the included half-board buffet.
There was no obvious information about any of the facilities or excursions made available to me throughout my stay. There was no mention of the restaurant options and cuisine available for each - I had to go to each to investigate. The casino was never mentioned and not sign-posted.
I realised there was an App I could have downloaded as I was leaving.
But I would definitely go back to the hotel as It was greta in every other way.

Location is key when deciding on a hotel or apartment so you can easily access shops and services especially if you don't have an all inclusive holiday. Also, if you don't have a free shuttle service, you can take the bus but the timetable seems erratic. A taxi 1 way about 45-50 euros.
Great location not far from Maspalomas allowing to experience the buzz of the resort and stay in a calm place outside of touristic area. This created a nice feeling of staying like a local. Access by foot to two nearby sandy beaches(10-15 min).
The apartment is really nice, cozy, well equipped and has good vibe.
The host David was super: great communication before arrival and introducing the place to us.
Parking lot looks a bit “scary” but totally safe to leave the car.
This hotel might be just an average 3 star but I'm impressed about the quality of the daily room cleaning, all the shower gels, towels etc replaced it's better than what I seen in many 4-5 star hotels. The breakfast is quite ok, staff is helpful and friendly. Bus service provided to and from the 2 major beaches in the area ... for those it may concern. I will not look any further for accommodation than this when I visiting Maspalomas next time than this.
The hotel is built in a very modern style, and we really enjoyed the pools. We had a room with outside bath, which gave us an enhanced feeling of privacy. Breakfast has a lot of tasty options to choose from and staff is very helpful, with a smile on their face at all times. The place is a short distance from the beach, but the hotel provides a regular bus there and back (we didn’t use it tho as we hired our own car). Overall, would greatly recommend!
Great hotel! I would definitely recommend it. It was a big place, but the way the villas were located, made it seem more intimate and gave it a 'village vibe'. Lots of sunbeds and great pools. Could've wanted a bit more from the kiddy pool. We used our kitchen every day and loved it. Lot's of grocery shopping in the area, so I would definitely choose that over all inclusive. Great balcony with a view over the ocean.
The Unique side was very good, warmed pool. Location very good.
BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was newly decorated and generous in size, it was quiet.
The dinner buffet and the evening entertainment was good (especially the il divo tribute band which I could tell the other guests and staff enjoyed).
The hotel has a regular shuttle service to the maspalomas beach, but taking the taxi there isn’t expensive either.
Very friendly reception staff - we were even given a free plate of paella when our apartment wasn't ready on arrival. The apartment was clean, the grounds well looked after, and the swimming pool superb. Good location halfway between the Yumbo Centre and the beach; there's a small food store nearby, and buses stop just along the road from the hotel.
The owners were lovely, friendly, and attentive, they went out of their way to ensure our stay in Maspalomas went well with recommendations where to have supper and breakfast and that was deeply appreciated. It was an excellent start to our walking holiday in Gran Canaria.
The villa was in a great location. Easy to walk into PDI and only 30mins walk or short bus/taxi ride to Maspalomas beach. Supermarket 2 mins away. Villa was well equipped, great kitchen and comfy beds. Pablo was responsive to any queries we had. Would definitely book again
The view from the hotel is beautiful and the location is probably the best for Maspalomas.
The pool is very nice and the staff that are there are great, there just isn’t enough of them to operate the hotel to a 5 star level. They are great though.
Perfect location behind Yumbo. Apartment equiped with more than everything you need. Modern and comfortable. Perfect communication with host. I've been many times to Maspalomas, and so far this was my favourite place to stay. 10/10.
Very clean hotel with large airy apartments that are cleaned daily.
Food very good and varied for all tastes and nationalities.
Convenient poolside bar for food and drinks which was great if you are all inclusive.
The hotel looks very new and has a very relaxing pool, nice location close to the taxi parking and Maspalomas centre/beach. Bed very comfortable, breakfast quite good. The room was ok, nice balcony view.
