Rather expensive for 156 euros/ night. We stayed at the 4* Instel Hotel, the night before and that was only 90 euros/ night.
The bedroom was rather small, but the beds were very comfortable
Staff were wonderful. They couldn’t do more to make our stay as pleasant as possible

A small town which advertises itself as a place with...
A small town which advertises itself as a place with historic rail links. Sadly, it seems to be the roads which have had more impact and we felt that the centre of town had been largely denuded of restaurants; the ones we used were on the western edge of town, towards the bus station. The town prides itself on being the birthplace of Cervantes, but was there a postcard to be found? No.

A bit run down but wonderful church and a nice shopping area. Bars and restaurants were still closed at 8.30pm on a Tuesday night and locals all seemed to be in 1 bar that was open on the plaza Ok for a 1 night stop off

We had requested a quiet room and had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. We were served a delicious three course lunch with drinks in the restaurant with very efficient and friendly service. In the evening we enjoyed some bar food and some wine in the courtyard. The hotel is built in a very old building with very interesting features left from the time was religious building. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very good for one night trip, with a comfortable room, no noise and a simple but good breakfast. You can easily park in the street.
