Great location, very close to the Rialto bridge. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, with wooden floor, 5 large windows to enjoy the natural lighting during the day, the location is so convenient and safe especially if you love to move around in the evening (like myself)! Luca and Itala were very friendly, accommodating and caring to my concerns. I would definitely recommend this place.

Housed in a 14th century building at the heart of Venice, Luxury Venetian Rooms is less than 200 metres from Saint Mark's Square and Basilica, and 250 metres from the Ducal Palace. We loved the location and being able to watch the gondolas go by from our windows. There was always something to see. Close to San Marco square and simple to navigate once we found it!

Residenza Veneziana is located in Venice, 450 metres from Basilica San Marco. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The property was central and great value for money.The room was luxurious with breakfast served in the room overlooking canal.The service at the front desk was brilliant-the manager(Lewis) went out of his way to make us feel at home.Wonderful stay!
