We were free upgraded at checkin. The whole check in process was smooth as I visited with my elderly aunt so they made it faster. Loved the atmosphere. There are no words to explain the scenary from the beach. Loved the buggy cart service to travel inside the hotel. Kudos to the team.

This 5-star resort is on the northern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Everything from the moment we entered the lobby, the service and the staff hospitality is very good, room was clean and well organized, Pools are very clean and food was nice
