Great hotel, lovely, helpful and friendly staff, especially at the leisure desk. Relaxed atmosphere, child friendly, safe for kids to play. Lots going on in and around the hotel. The staff has been totaly perfect. I booked at the very latest moment for one night, awaiting for a sanitary rapatriation to home after an accident. My wife was disabled and the lady at the desk gave us, without any requirement from us, a room fully equipped for such a situation : plenty of space, a large bathroom, special facilities and devices for disabled people (rolling chair ), ... The situation of the hotel is ideal, just by the railway station. The restaurant is very good and not too expansive. Very good continental breakfast. Very good value for money.

Lovely hotel, really good location next to the river, view on the castle, close to the shops. It has charging for electrical cars, which was really practical. The swimming pool was amazing, so nice to take a dip. The staff was sooo friendly!
