Situated in the historic town of Rye, The River Haven Hotel is on the Strand Quay overlooking the River Tillingham. Rye Rail Station is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. I had wonderful experience at The River Haven Hotel.

Less than 200 metres from Eastbourne beach and opposite the Western Lawns, the The Lansdowne, Eastbourne has sea-facing lounges with original Victorian features and free Wi-Fi. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Very friendly and helpful.
