The room is beautiful, well equiped, and the setting is perfect for a relaxing stay. We loved it and hope to come again for the night sky (July is not the best time for it). The restaurant is delicious as well, we indulged in a dinner there and loved it.

Beautiful old Danish China to use. We had the full kitchen at our disposal all day. Including coffee, tea, spices and condiments. There are coolers and ice pack available to borrow, free use of bicycles. The rooms all have refrigerators. The front garden is cosy, with a small fire pit, lots of chairs, tables and outdoor furniture. Blankets for a chilly evening and a recreation room with pool table and other games. There is a larger fire pit area too, but there was a fire ban.

There were fresh fruits and vegetables. They had arranged vegan bread especially for me, because I asked about vegan options/possibilities.

The place is adorable and clean. Perfect location to explore Køge, and it even has a little dock on the canal behind the property. Staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. I made use of the coffee and pastries they provided.

The owner made is feel welcome and even made sure we were able to get the ferry next morning to Holbraek as we were having issues with booking via the ferry website. Also great we could make ourselves tea and coffee for free and take it to our own balcony.
