The air-conditioner was good and powerful. It was close to the Coba Ruins (if you have a car). The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming (you have to speak basic Spanish though). The swimming pool is peaceful and the patio was very cute! The bedroom is large and feels authentic. The food at the restaurant was one of the best in our trip in the Yucatan!

The receptionist spoke excellent English and gave us good advise re visiting the ruins and local cenotes, which are definitely worth a visit. You need to drive or cycle to the denotes but the ruins are an easy walk. We ate at the attached restaurant and the food was very excellent and good value. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.
