Very busy.
Very busy. Contains a collection of fantastically well restored figurative great masters. All the post 19 century art is in other galleries. I found it very “samey”. If you try and go for free the queue is unbelievably long.

We really loved the hotel and thought the room was very relaxing. We were surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars and had fun exploring all the beautiful streets that surround the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and loved the way that it was all presented. We were definitely well fed!

Beds were so very comfortable & bedding very clean & crisp. Kitchen would benefit from a toaster & grill pan to use the grill/oven. Wooden floors make neighbours very noisy but no noise after 11pm. Easy to walk to hop on hop off bus, Prado museum. lots of cafes & bars on the doorstop, also 1911 Flamenco show which was excellent.

We had a roof terrace off our room which was a lovely bonus to be able to sit out there with a cup of tea or glass of wine.
