The room was very clean and big, everything looks brand new. The bed is very confortable and big, the bathroom is very spacious, the facilities are great, the staff is super helpful, especially Carlos which gave us some very helpful advice on how to visit the island along with some maps. They even have an elevator(lift) even if there aren't many stairs. You don't need to stay closer to Ponta Delgada as you will mostly travel by car and from CFS Azores you are 7-10 minutes away from the city center where you can eat and do stuff if you want to. It was great altogether, I 100% recommend it and would return.

At the guest house, all units come with bed linen and towels. highly recommend staying at Solar de Santos André! I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

Daniel helped me with taxi when I was in the middle of the island.

The owner was a real friendly person, and very welcoming. She made sure I was properly checked in and everything was in order, and gave some extra tips about the small town.

Offering pool with a view and sea view, Thalassa Villas is situated in Ponta Delgada, less than 1 km from São Roque Beach and a 15-minute walk from Milicias Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. The guest house has family rooms. We stayed in the unit on the first floor that led out to the pool. It is bright, modern and very comfortable. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 1.5 week trip, including a crib and high chair for our baby. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any of our requests. The location of the apartment is very central and was a great base for exploring the rest of the island.

With mountain views, this accommodation offers a terrace. The guest house features family rooms. Great traditional house. Rodrigo was extremely accommodating with anything we needed as well as offering great advice re places to visit. We loved the art and books around the house. Thank you.

The room was really nice, clean, with gorgeous, peaceful views of the ocean. The owners were fantastic, great communication and very kind and helpful.

Property is exactly how described with everything perfectly presented. Good restaurants recommended and within short walk. A wonderful stay.

Situated in Ribeira Grande and within 300 metres of Ponte dos Oito Arcos, Matriz Guest House has a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. This property is located a short distance from attractions such as Igreja de Nossa Senhora das Estrelas. Certain units at the property include a terrace with a mountain view. We had a perfect stay in Rossana and Eduardo's home. They made sure we were comfortable every day. The breakfast is amazing with all these homemade jams and cakes they make. The room was very big and comfortable, and everything was clean. Overall I would repeat again :)
