The property is a calm oasis, with a gorgeous garden and beautiful art pieces from around the world on every floor. The furnishings are very tasteful and enhance the Georgian design. Our breakfasts were a highlight,and some of the best we’ve had. Rowena is a masterful cook and baker (her sourdough homemade bread is addictive). Her husband Tom gave us great suggestions on where to go and eat. We wished we had more time to try everything on his list!

Straven Guesthouse ตั้งอยู่ในเอดินบะระ ห่างจากหาด Portobello Beach ไม่เกิน 100 ม. It was an amazing experience to stay at Straven Guesthouse. I felt at home, the bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and warm. Breakfast was a whole variety of delicious dishes, home made and beautiful. The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. Thank you so much !!

Falcon Crest Guest House อยู่ในเอดินบะระ ในระยะ 2.9 กม.จากโรงละครเอดินบะระเพลย์เฮาส์ และ 3.2 กม. It was simply amazing. I loved my room ,the fresh and delicious breakfast, the owner are very kind and helpful. I felt that I am a family member. The location is very good , the guesthouse is in a nice quite street, and we can reach the famous touristic places by public transport easily . I am sure that I will choose the guesthouse again.

A cosy comfortable bedroom and the owner of the BnB was beautiful with a warm welcome and a wonderful sense of humour The Breakfast was home cooking at its best

Lorna was an amazing host. In general, accommodation around Edinburgh is quite expensive so we found this place which was relatively affordable compared to other places and had a high rating. It is a house-turned-b&b, has 3 small rooms and a nice small dining room. Everything was super clean and Lorna was the friendliest host we have ever met. She gives you a small form to fill every night to get your breakfast preferences and time to eat. Her cooking is lovely. Definitely recommend her full Scottish breakfast with Haggis. She cooked the best haggis out of the 3 restaurants we tried. The only downside was that the place is quite far from the city (45 min bus ride - take X27) and there is only one bus that goes there but if you catch it and don't mind the travel time, it is definitely worth a stay.

Set 1.1 km from Butterfly & Insect World, Glenarch House is in Dalkeith and features a garden and a terrace. The accommodation is 2.1 km from the Dalkeith Country Park. A beautiful setting with charming and quiet rooms. Great hosts! Restaurants and grocery within walking distance and travel to Edinburgh was easily accessible by bus. A perfect way to wrap up our time in Edinburgh.
