La Maïoun Guesthouse er staðsett í Nice á Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur-svæðinu, 500 metrum frá ströndinni. Boðið er upp á verönd og garðútsýni. The staff were super friendly, the hostel was so clean with a nice common area where you can make a coffee or tea anytime and meet other travelers. The location is within the center of Nice and only few minutes away from the beach. I highly recommend it.

We are very happy that we stayed in “La Grande Maison”. It was a very warm welcome. A comfortable bed, quiet in the room, delicious croissants for breakfast. An incredible lake with flamingos just 5 minutes away. It was wonderful! Thank you Pierre-Jean :)

Les Pierres de Cézaire er nýuppgert gistihús sem er staðsett í Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, 15 km frá Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. Very cosy apartment in the mountains, with a super friendly host. She gave us a welcome drink, re-made our beds (we wanted 2 single beds), gave us good advice about some places nearby and generally had a great chat with her. The breakfast was amazing too. We had a stroll in the evening and stumbled on an industrial site for perfumes, that was an interesting experience. In the morning she recommended a perfume factory to visit and so we did, and it was really worth it!

Domaine Labouroume er staðsett í aðeins 37 km fjarlægð frá Dax-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á gistirými í Salies-de-Béarn með aðgangi að garði, bar og alhliða móttökuþjónustu. Very nice place. The rooms are great. Aline was always in contact. We will be back for sure.

La petite hostellerie er gististaður í Uzès, 31 km frá Parc Expo Nîmes og 38 km frá aðallestarstöðinni í Avignon. Þaðan er útsýni yfir kyrrláta götu. Great location very close to Place aux Herbes. Cosy kitchen available.

Jardin Bleu - Chambres d'hôtes er nýlega enduruppgert gistihús í Saint-Girons, 24 km frá Col de la Crouzette. Það býður upp á garð og fjallaútsýni. Loved this place and very comfortable, bright, and well decorated room. Staff were very friendly and bicycle storage was great. Breakfast was good but could have used some eggs or other protein option as we were bike touring.

Breakfast was copious with delicious homemade preserves, yoghurts and pastries plus cold meats and cheeses, all washed down with freshly brewed coffee. Be sure to book an evening meal if you can. Chrystel is an amazing chef and Laurent has a fabulous wine cellar and is extremely knowledgeable about the industry.
