Amazing value for money and excellent location, close to the most lively sites of the city. Even though it can get pretty crowded and loud outside, the renovated windows block the noise spectacularly. Breakfast is better than average and it's definitely worth booking - we even got a breakfast box to take away when we departed at 5:30am

Located in a tranquil street at the heart of historic Lisbon, it is just 300 metres from Camões Square, in Chiado. Rossio is a 5-minute walk, while the lively bars of Bairro Alto are at a short walking distance.

My wife and I were on our vacation trip in Lisboa in August and we cannot describe in words how wonderful was in Anjo Azul. Everything is just perfect. Location is excellent, near main routes of metro and public transports, elevators (which all work great), attractions, restaurants, clubs. From Anjo Azul you can easily go to Belem, to Alfama, to main square and ferry to the other side of riverbank. Miguel and his colleagues were so wonderful and helpful and literally know answer on any question regarding Lisbon. Room was daily cleaned and compliments to the ladies that taking care of hygiene. I told them, and I want to tell everyone that are in doubt where to stay in Lisboa, Anjo Azul is really a spot on choice. Hope that we will come back in some year to Lisboa, and we already know where we are going to stay. Muito obrigado por tudo!!!

Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a superior room with a kitchenette which exceeded our expectations and was quite a welcoming surprised. Ana was kind enough to point out on the map all the exciting sites worth seeing and visiting, this helped us quite a bit to orientate ourselves around the city. We received daily fresh towels, and the breakfast was quite yummy and plentiful, fresh juice, omelette made upon request. Staff was exceptional Thank you CJ & Ana. Looking forward to returning soon.

An excellent and comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location. Emilia, the host, is a treasure - charming, helpful, welcoming, very professional and fluent in several languages. Guest House Amoreiras is well located close to a large shopping centre with a big supermarket and numerous bus routes to the city centre (15 minutes by bus number 711) and further afield. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms, what more could you ask for? It is a superb base for your stay in Lisbon, highly recommended!

Location was off the beat and path without being far away and it was very quiet. We stayed on the top floor which had a few flights of stairs to climb however the terrance and view made it worth it. Alexandria and Ana were great hosts. They helped make our stay even better by offering that personal boutique hotel service.

The guest house has a great location close to the old city center. Even though it is one of the cheaper places it’s quite expensive. On the other hand, you get a well-equipped kitchen with free treats from the host. The bathrooms are shared but they were clean.

Great location by the Castelo St Jorge, very clean and quiet. Great communication from the host and their team. Lovely nearby shops, just look out for the two lifts in Chao do Loureiro and Castelo and you're soon in Baxia or Gracia is another lively place nearby. Would definitely recommend a stay here. As with all of Lisbon the charming hills and cobbles require sensible foot ware, luckily public transport is cheap and frequent too.
