The host was incredible and truly went above and beyond, he organised everything for us for the safari tour and even drove us to the bus stop. We had a free coconut on check in and a juice on checkout. The room was lovely nd big and clean with great air conditioning. An amazing experience, especially for the price!

Great spot to base yourself for Yala Park. The Cabana has 2 rooms available to book, one on the top floor with a terrace and one on the ground floor. My friend and I each booked one of the rooms which are equal in size and amenities. Very clean and a decent shower, good ac and wifi. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She helped us with booking a Yala Park Tour. Best breakfast! Overall, great price and spot for access to Yala.

Priyanka was a wonderful host. After arriving from a hot afternoon safari I was greeted with a cold towel and a fresh coconut. The room is large, clean and has a/c. The dinner and breakfast prepared by his wife was delicious. It was great value. Overall a fantastic one night stay. I highly recommended this guest house.

Very nice, very calm property. It is close to Debarawewa lake which I found more beautiful than Tissa Lake with the birds and water buffalos. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful and he offered to take me to and from Bus station which is really nice. The homestay is approx 2 km from Tissa Lake, you can take a tuk tuk or the owner can help you with transport, for me I prefer to walk. They can also help you with booking Yala Safari It is a great value for money

Our stay in this beautiful treehouse was absolutely amazing. The accommodation was super clean and organized. The location is perfect - in the middle of the jungle with a beautiful view over the lake. I also recommend you to try the dinner and breakfast - both were delicious. And the most special thing about this place: spending time with such a warmhearted and kind family. We would have loved to stay much longer to share more moments and conversations with them. They took such good care of us. When we took the bus to Ella they even joined us at the bus station to make sure we catch the correct one.

The family run property ticked every box. Service first class, the meals were to die for & so much of it. The rooms are huge & exceptional. Cleanliness was tops. Right down to the driver/guide for yala safari who excellent with his knowledge & found sightings of leopards with great driving skills. Thanks for everything guys. Will definitely come here again

Very kind host. quiet environment and a beautiful garden. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was delicious and refreshing. They are affiliated with safari tours. Even early in the morning, they prepared a lunch box for the safari tour.

The moment we stepped into the property, we asked Sanjeewa if we could stay for extra day. He is the most hospitable, kind, and caring host. The property is pristinely clean with large rooms with very comfortable beds and good hot shower. Sanjeewa went above and beyond to delight us in indeed very special Sri Lankan meals. He also booked a driver/guide for Yala NP, Bodica (Bodi) Ravindra who was excellent driver, guide (yes, we saw a leopard) and his vehicle was very well maintained, clean with good tires. Very memorable experience!
