The place is in the perfect location, especially if you want to surf at main/baby point. The property is 2 min away from the beach and there are lots of great restaurants around. The rooms have king sized beds, mosquito nets, space to store your clothes, AC and a big bathroom. Also, there is a communal fully equipped kitchen with. The best part of the property for myself is the owner and his family and friends. They are incredibly helpful with organising the perfect stay for you and always have a smile on their face. Harsha’s mom even cooked rice & curry for us (best one I had during my 5 weeks in Sri Lanka!!). Thanks Harsha for an unforgettable time in A’Bay.

It was nice play to stay night before moving to Arugama Bay. The owner of the house is a very friendly and nice lady. The room was nice, you can sleep, and you have fan there (just no window)

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. I cannot wait to return to this hidden gem in Arugam Bay!"

We had an overwhelming stay at Rainbow Village Cabanas. It is directly on the beach and just an 1 minute walk away from the center of Arugam Bay. The cabana is simple but very clean and deploys everything you need. Abdul is a great and caring host, providing everything you need. He was absolutely welcoming and offered us bringing everything we need, gave us some „anti-moskito-sticks“ and took us on a TukTuk Safari for some secret spots for watching the wildlife animals really close. We have seen lots of crocodils, monkeys, peacocks, an elephant and snakes. Intentional he just wanted to show us this beautiful wildlife area. The Rainbow Beach Cabanas had another name last year, but they changed it, that’s why there are not many reviews so far. We will definitely Return to this lovely place some time. Fully recommend staying there if you are looking for a valuable stay, nice conversations and getting in touch with the true Sri Lankan Culture.

What an amazing place. Host is the most welcoming person I've ever met, such an amazing human being! We booked for 5 nights and we extended another 3 because we felt like home. Everyday were preparing breakfast (and everyday is different, delicious and abundant, also with homemade juices). We also had few dinners in and food was stunning! He also arranged a motorbike, safaris and taxi at very reasonable price! We have no words to express how kind and caring they were with us. The place is very handy, close to beach and all the restaurants, clean and well take care of, also very quiet! We highly, highly recommend it! No hesitation! Looking forward to come back to here!

The key was the wonderful staff. Nisha and her brother Kani were amazing. So kind helpful and thoughtful. The best customer service ever. Superbly clean facilities. Great quiet location .
