By far the best place I have been to. All modern, new clean building next to one of the main roads. You take a tuk tuk everywhere super easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice people. The room has everything, convenient desk, AC, fan, and a big private bathroom. Also a nice common area with kitchen and free laundry. Amazing.

Very clean, spacious and modern room and bathroom (even with warm shower!). Hosts are super friendly and can help with all kind of questions. Location is very calm and still in walking distance from the center of Kandy. Good wifi. Definitely recommend!

We arrived around 3am. Upul had organised a driver to pick us up at the airport who was prompt and drove us from the international airport to Kandy. Upul and his wife greeted us with a drink and were so very welcoming and gracious despite the very early hour of the morning. Upul's wife cooked breakfast for us for the few days we were there, and we can confirm it was some of the best food we had for our whole trip! Upul's property itself is incredibly beautiful, and a green oasis in the middle of quite a busy, dusty city such as Kandy. Couldn't recommend this property enough. Upul really looked after us during our stay and we're so glad we chose it!

Magical spot with extraordinarily friendly and attentive staff. The vibe is mi casa es su casa, and it is just that. Not many hotels where you are encouraged to wander in the kitchen to watch dinner being prepared. And yes, the food is excellent. So was the room, and the view of the Kandy valley from the infinity pool is not to be missed.

This hotel was the best we stayed so far in Sri Lanka. First of all the rooms are so beautiful. Tall ceilings, modern royal style decoration and the view from the room - pictures don’t do justice for it. After this beautiful first impression the best thing turned out to be the staff. The owners were so kind and helpful people. They put so much effort to make us feel appreciated. They even gave my boyfriend parasetamol when he had a headaiche. They put an effort arrangeing the tuktuks for us and made sure they don’t overprice us. Breakfast was also very great!

This is literally the best place I stayed in during my trip to Sri Lanka, the rooms are vast, clean and with a nice view. It has a view on the tallest river in Sri Lanka, and you can see the sunset shining the river's water with red color. The bathroom had hot water 24/7, the breakfast was big and filling. The host, Dana, is an amazing and helpful person, thank you ❤️
