Great accommodation, good sized clean room in a beautiful location. The most amazing view looking out over tea plantations. Really enjoyed the food- check if they are serving the curry buffet as it was excellent and we really enjoyed the range of breakfast options. Helpful staff and very tranquil surroundings- would definitely recommend a stay!

Alojamiento PERFECTO. Habitación grande, muy bonita, muy limpia, con una cama muy cómoda y unas vistas increíbles. Baño muy bien. El entorno es magnífico, con numerosas plantaciones de té. Los desayunos y cenas, en un restaurante también con unas vistas estupendas, los disfrutamos cada día, buenísimos. Y nos acordamos mucho de Shan, por su buen trato y su alegría, el anfitrión discreto, eficaz y amable. Y también de Haputale, un lugar para alojarse, auténtico, lejos de las multitudes de turistas de Ella. Muchas gracias Shan, esperamos volver pronto.

- The host was very nice, professional and super helpful. He offered a tuktuk tour of tea plantations ti us, but he didn’t push us into ordering services through him and clearly told us that the best option for our further travels is a bus as a car would be too expensive. He waited for us as we arrived to check in after 9pm. - The room was big, well-maintained, modern, nicely decorated and very clean. We also had a nice balcony with an amazing view! - The bathroom was clean, with hot water and a good water pressure. - The breakfast was great! It consisted of an omelette, toasts, fruits, jam, butter and tea/coffee. Everything was well prepared and delicious! - The price is beyond our understanding. It was such a great value for money! We truly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Las vistas eran muy bonitas, la cama cómoda y el dueño es encantador, está atento para ayudar en todo, tiene un cuaderno en el que puedes ver las diferentes actividades recomendadas para hacer en Haputale. Tuvimos mala suerte de que hizo viento y justo en ese lateral de la casa pegaba muy fuerte el viento.

We stayed there for 2 nights to do some hiking and exploring. They welcomed us with some tea and gave us some great advise for our days in Haputale. The owner provided us with breakfast for our hikes and very tasty dinner. The balcony made a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Thanks for everything!

I loved the large rooms and soft, thick blankets on the bed. I stayed here during a couple of rainy days and it was a perfect place to relax and look out over the misty tea-plantation hills. The owner is super friendly and will help you to organise the day’s activities.
