this gorgeously located guest house overlooking the harbour of st ives is simply great. lana the host is so friendly and authentic. we were in room 2 which has the best view over a harbour we ever had. you're literally falling asleep looking out on the harbour. with the tide coming in and going out, it becomes a fantastic spectacle to just simply look out the window. the room is all in white which makes you careful, which we experienced as enjoyable :-)

Central location , everything from beach to town centre to bus station could be reached within a 5-8 minute walk. Cosy room with the most amazing view - we saw the tide coming in and receding 🤩 Tracy is the sweetest host and she made really yummy breakfast each day (with a variety of choices).

close to bus and train transportation routes to St Ives and area towns and villages. Many choices. Abundant car parking available onsite as required. The room was comfortable and the breakfast abundant.

Everything! Communication from Angela was exceptional - we had a car so she gave great directions, we could even drop our luggage at the gate before parking and this was taken to our room. On check in we were given restaurant recommendations and walks, galleries etc. The breakfasts were superb, the best omelettes ever! You could easily stay for a week and not tire of the menu. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach but still in a quiet spot. We would love to stay here again.

The room was beautiful with a spectacular view. The bathroom and amenities were excellent. The staff was very kind and the breakfast delicious. One of the best chocolate croissants I've ever had in my life.

Large, comfortable, lots of natural light and fresh air. Great location for our stay - bus and train stations within walking distance, easy to get to the sights we wanted to see!
