Everything’s amazing! The room was very clean. Breakfast has too many choises. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location was superb we will very safe to stay there. There was even hop on hop off bus stop just in front of the hotel.

The location was amazing and it was a convenient walk away from everything on V&A waterfront. Their service was great as well and from the time we checked in - we felt very welcome. The team at the reception, the servers who helped us at the restaurant and the bell captains all recognised us throughout our stay and made an effort to keep us comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job too. We extended our stay at the hotel by a day to explore capetown more. Also - our biggest worry was loadshedding before our trip (especially because we were travelling with young kids). The hotel worked beautifully on generators and everything was powered through that.

Expensive but the best place to stay at V&A. Amazing location and superb breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and have excellent views.

The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was sad to leave them. Llewelyn was especially great, as was the bartender No More. I world like to again say thank you to them snd to everyone else!
