Prior to our arrival, we had low expectation and hesitance due to the hotel location being in busy and crowded area. Instead, we felt ZERO noises. Sadaf would always send out desert & hospitality to your room. She always makes sure you are having good time.I would definitely come back for my next trip.

Second time staying here and once again it was an excellent experience. Location is very good, near the Galata Bridge and just a 5 min walk to Galata tower. Rooms not big but very nicely decorated and very cosy with all amenities, including coffee and tea making facilities. Spotlessly clean. Wifi very good. Breakfast is served in the roof restaurant with awesome view over most of the city. Also had dinner there and was very good. Best thing about the place is the staff. Everyone is very friendly, very helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and always with a smile. Special thanks to Sedat, Fatih, Serdo Turan and to the guys at the restaurant for giving us such a nice table. You will certainly see us again!
