Property is lovely, really nice garden, barbecue, house is really perfect for family of 4. Living room is great with balcony going on the garden side, hammock and garden furniture as well with balcony on the top of the roof. Kitchen really good equipped, rooms has heaters were were staying in April and it was a little bit cold but you can warm the space easily with heaters and AC in living room. Bit colder in kitchen and bathroom but easily heaters can be moved. Washing machine and dryer avalaible.

Casa Doce Mar is a holiday home with a garden, situated in Feteira. Guests benefit from terrace. Free private parking is available on site. The unit is fitted with a kitchenette. The view is just amazing! Old style House with everything you need

Quinta do Espírito Santo is a historical rural property of 3 acres in Terceira Island. The property includes a manicured garden and an orchard with several fruit trees from Africa, Europe and America.... Francisco and Lucília renovated their old family estate and converted the summer house next to it into a rental apartment and rooms. The apartment is not fancy or modern like many rental apartments. However, we found it convenient, with everything we needed, and gave us some feeling of family life in Terceira. The quinta is surrounded by a wall and the large garden provides an atmosphere of tranquility and beauty. Having breakfast with Francisco and Lucília in their interesting house gave us some understanding of life of a community on a small island. We would have been happy to continue talking for a few more hours. It was an experience very different from our other stays in the Azores. We highly recommend it.
