Quinta das Faias ligger på en 4 hektar stor egendom på ön Madeira, i den lummiga Paradise Valley vid byn Camacha. Our host, Filipe, was very kind and took time to tell us about the local area and Madeira. There was a book with maps and tips as well. He also left a large loaf of fresh baked bread and some eggs from the chickens who roamed the farm. To top it all off, he was able to arrange for our laundry to be done the last full day we were there, even though it was a national holiday! Villa Alta Vista ligger i São Jorge, 6,9 km från Santana's Traditional Houses och 39 km från Porto Moniz naturliga havsbad av lavaklippor, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och en trädgård med en... The host is super kind and generous - he gave us excellent tips on what to do in the region and where to eat (both restaurant recommendations were epic!), welcomed us in person although we arrived around midnight, had a friendly chat with us and gave us fruit and vegetables from his garden. The location of the property was perfect for our needs (relatively close to the airport and some points of interest), there’s a miradouro perfect to watch the sunset 5min away from the property. Sunrise is seen from the balcony - amazing! The property itself has everything one may need for a comfortable stay, including washing and cooking facilities, a coffee machine, etc.

Salsa Country House II by Madeira Sun Travel ligger i Porto Moniz, 4,5 km från Porto Moniz naturliga havsbad av lavaklippor, 44 km från Cabo Girão-klippan och 49 km från Santana's Traditional Houses. Everything was incredibly clean! The house had everything one could need and even more, fornire is super comfortable, there’s a washing machine dishwasher oven microwave and all the possible imaginable things one could find in a house.

Casa de Campo ligger i Caniço, 19 minuters promenad från Praia dos Reis Magos, och erbjuder en balkong, en trädgård samt gratis WiFi. Detta boende erbjuder utsikt över trädgården samt en uteplats. Clean, spacy, modern apartment on a silent location with amazing view to the ocean and gardens, like on the photos. Fully separated house with two rooms, a complete top floor. Equipped with all necessary devices, even a washing machine, microwave, boiling kettle, which are not common at such apartments. Really comfortable double bed, excellent wifi connection. There is no private parking, but we could always find a place at the nearest street. Very steep road, so parking needs experienced driver! Good location to explore the whole island, a few minutes from the motorway and airport. Don't expect perfect beaches for swimming, but this is true for whole Madeira. Arrival was not as difficult as someone described, we had to pass a corridor which can be seen on one of the Booking photos. At the end of the corridor there is an open gate. If you inform the owners about arrival time, they will watch you in order to help. After checkin we didnt't meet the hosts any more, even not at checkout. But not everybody needs contact. Sea & mountain view är ett semesterhus i Porto Moniz. Här bor du 4,4 km från Porto Moniz naturliga pooler. Huset har en terrass, ett fullt utrustat kök och en TV. Här finns även en grillplats. The host is amazing. The accomodation had everything we needed, and the view was fantastic. I really hope one day I will be back and maybe I will stay longer
