Offering a garden and quiet street view, Casa do Lado is situated in Vila Nova de Milfontes, 1.2 km from Lighthouse Beach and 700 metres from Sao Clemente Fort. Excellent B&B ! Everything you could wish for in a B&B experience : fine room (ours was on the ground floor) with a spacious bed and ample storage room. Perfect bathroom with a great shower and an impeccable host (or his sister) serving a great breakfast. Definitely a lodging to return to.

Located in Melides in the Alentejo region, Montum Farm Living offers several Houses inserted in the nature and featuring terraces. Absolutely everything Spent 1month is south Portugal and this was our favourite place (homestay hut wihh inflatable jacuzzi)! top!

Offering a garden and pool view, Vales do Alentejo is located in Bicos, 28 km from Sao Clemente Fort and 30 km from Pessegueiro Island. Delightful in every aspect. The houses, the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast, the swimming pool, and the quiet surroundings of the location in deep Alentejo. This place presents high quality standards at a pretty reasonable price. A small property of 6 terraced houses, all with a spacious bedroom and living room with kitchen. Very well equiped and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent with warm bread, croissant, and cakes just out of the woven. The swimming pool and the view of surroundings is super pleasant. Very good for family with kids, the baby crib was very good quality and the sofa bed for the child also good and spacious. The location is quiet, though the walls between houses are pretty thin and not sound-proof. The drive to nearest town (Cercal) is 10min, there are good restaurants there. And the drive to seaside is 20-30 min but there are many wonderful beaches to explore in this part of Alentejo so this is a great base :)

Monte da Corça Nova is set in Vila Nova de Milfontes and has a pool with a view and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace, mini-golf, free private parking and free WiFi. It was in a very quiet and rural setting. But what we liked most was the hospitality. Antonio and Liliana were amazing! The went over and beyond to accommodate us. I notified them in advance that my husband has to eat Gluten Free. Liliana went shopping for special ingredients and had many GF options. We were amazed at the effort she put in to provide a safe breakfast for him. It was sooo appreciated! Antonio was also a gracious host! He gave us many suggestions for hikes, restaurants, etc. and then presented us with a bottle of wine after check-in! We felt so welcome!

Set in Zambujeira do Mar, 900 metres from Sudoeste TMN, Monte Soalheiro boasts an outdoor pool and views of the canal. This place is quiet and totally beautiful. Staff were lovely and the swallows circling over the river in the morning were not to be missed. Also very close to beautiful beaches.

Situated in São Domingos, 31 km from Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina and 33 km from Pessegueiro Island, Casas da Moagem features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning,... The hosts were very kind and made us feel very welcome. The pool area was very refreshing and pleasant. There is a wonderful feeling of family history and care, as it is right next to the flour museum. A treasure!

Ang TEIMA, Alentejo SW ay isang bed and breakfast na 6 km mula sa São Teotónio at may outdoor swimming pool. the breakfast was fantastic, all the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Maria was able to answer all of our questions and provide is recommendations for dinner. We loved the tranquility of Teima, it is a perfect place to switch off and get some rest as it is very peaceful. The highlight for us, apart from the fantastic breakfast was seeing the donkeys and all the other animals.

Located in the Vicentine Coast, southwestern Portugal, Montes de Baixo is set within a natural park and offers a property with 40 acres which includes accommodation with private terraces and a natural... quaint little place, very charming, very comfortable bed and pillows, can see the stars at night, natural pool, super friendly host, shared kitchen was great (some bedroom have their own kitchen too).
