This place is quiet and totally beautiful. Staff were lovely and the swallows circling over the river in the morning were not to be missed. Also very close to beautiful beaches.

Stunning place in a quiet and tranquil part of Alentejo. The breakfast was ABUNDANT and so good. Staff especially Hugo was very friendly giving us tips and recommendations regarding our stay in the area. Nothing bad to say about this place. I would absolutely stay here agai.

Great located in the rural area, abandoned in the forest, but close to a small town and infrastructure like restaurants and a market. The breakfast at Xica is awesome! Delicious food, made with love :) the Hosts are very friendly and caring. Everything was perfect, we had the best time to relax after some stressful months ❤️

Excellent room layout and sleek modern design. Fabulous sunset and seaview. Also incredibly attentive and professional owner/s. As good as any 5 star country hotel/bed and breakfast as I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

In itself the property is beautiful - albeit remote. We had good fun with the pinball machine! The bag at the door with breakfast essentials was nice.

.No breakfast and we have to carry luggage through sand to get to cabin also there was poor lighting in the property. Room wasn't ready had to wait for them to change the sheets and I don't thing that was much cleaning.

This gem is ~midway between Zambujeira and Odeceixe, allowing us to break up this section of the hike into 2 days. The owners offered free lift to and from nearby excellent restaurants. Very comfortable, squeaky clean rooms and a high quality breakfast. Refreshing salt water pool as well as easy walk to the beach.

To be honest this was a bit of a surprise. It was our last stop before we headed to the airport after two weeks in Portugal so we hadn't given it a lot of attention. We were blown away by this beautiful, unique gem of a place and we would love to go back soon. The host and hostess were - rightly - proud and passionate about the wonderful environment that they have created and welcomed us with great warmth. I've stayed at some of the top hotels in the world but I would say that the breakfast that they served was on a par if not better than the ones I've had at those places
