the breakfast was fantastic, all the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Maria was able to answer all of our questions and provide is recommendations for dinner. We loved the tranquility of Teima, it is a perfect place to switch off and get some rest as it is very peaceful. The highlight for us, apart from the fantastic breakfast was seeing the donkeys and all the other animals.

It was an amazing stay. Rudolf is an excelent host, very friendly and always available , the location is beautiful surrounded by nature and cute animals. The house is amazing with fireplace and everything we need. We will be back 😀

To be honest this was a bit of a surprise. It was our last stop before we headed to the airport after two weeks in Portugal so we hadn't given it a lot of attention. We were blown away by this beautiful, unique gem of a place and we would love to go back soon. The host and hostess were - rightly - proud and passionate about the wonderful environment that they have created and welcomed us with great warmth. I've stayed at some of the top hotels in the world but I would say that the breakfast that they served was on a par if not better than the ones I've had at those places

This gem is ~midway between Zambujeira and Odeceixe, allowing us to break up this section of the hike into 2 days. The owners offered free lift to and from nearby excellent restaurants. Very comfortable, squeaky clean rooms and a high quality breakfast. Refreshing salt water pool as well as easy walk to the beach.

Very quiet, comfortable, spacious, peacefull, beautiful, green rural environment, very well equiped with everything you need to prepare meals on your own. Excellent place to spend a day here or as starting point for one day excursisons within a short driving distance on Costa Vicentina trails or its most beautiful beaches and towns. Superb place for holidays, strongly recommended.

The fish house was just perfect! Definitely coming back here for a longer period. The gardens and all the little corners are made with eye for detail. Everything looks very nice. The pool is very relaxing and beautiful. The view is stunning.

It was the best hotel experience I have ever had! The room was modern and stylish, our windows looked at the farm, and we could see the donkeys from our place. The hotel exceeded our expectations: we had a more comfortable room than we ordered and a lavish bath! The hotel is dog friendly: dogs can come to the main building, walk the whole territory, lay over the tables during breakfast, and so on. It was amazing! The hotel owner (Pedro) invited us to have a dinner cooked by an ex-Michelin chef, and it was the best dinner I had had in Portugal! It was delicious! I'm more than 100% sure that we will come to this place many times in the future

Since it was out of season we were the only guests but they still treated us so well. It is such a peaceful and quiet area I am sure that even with other guests around it will still be a beautiful and peaceful area. Breakfast was fantastic great granola and yoghurt, great coffee, meats and cheeses, fruit and bread and croissants all that can be toasted or as is and chocolate cake to top it all off. There are 2 pools that even in Feb looked clean and very inviting. They upgraded us to an apartment room with separate living room and kitchen - lovely private terrace area with deck chairs. Public areas absolutely beautiful like sitting in your own home, gorgeous fireplace that we didnt light as it was only us but it felt like sitting in your own lounge room. Highly recommend this place it was just wonderful.

Great located in the rural area, abandoned in the forest, but close to a small town and infrastructure like restaurants and a market. The breakfast at Xica is awesome! Delicious food, made with love :) the Hosts are very friendly and caring. Everything was perfect, we had the best time to relax after some stressful months ❤️
