Great location, two blocks to the cenote and one block to the main square. Nice pool, cold aircon and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was 130 pesos and freshly prepared. Valladolid is a pretty town with plenty to see. San Roca is not as fancy as a couple of other places in town but it has everything you need at the right price.

Tucked away from the busy street of Valladolid, very pretty pool with a nice seating area. Jesus the host was very knowledgeable & provided us with lots of great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was a good combination of fruit/yoghurt and eggs with toast.
