The place is very quiet and near by the sea. Surrounded by the small local shops and restaurants so we have worry free about the foods and gelato :). The staff helps to prepare our breakfast to go when we have a morning flight return to Germany. It is very close to the bus stop. I have no words to complain, everything is so memorable for us. This is the best hotel I have stayed in in 50 years of travelling. The reception staff were kind and attentive as were all the staff, we were honestly made to feel so special. The rooms were amazing, equipped with every conceivable thing you might need from toiletries to drinks and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff even if you just encountered staff in the lifts they were still all smiles and checking you were enjoying your holiday. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, the restaurants and bars all excellent and the pool area wonderful. Few minutes walk to the ferries and the beach. Loved my first time in Malta and this hotel was one of the main reasons. It’s so refreshing to encounter excellent service, I was made to feel like a millionaire (only this hotel was affordable on top of everything else) Top marks to management and staff.

Great communication before stay. Excellent breakfast, good location near to centre and also fast ferry to Gozo . Lovely views over grand harbour. Very helpful and accommodating staff.
