I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

The cooked breakfasts were delicious. It was wonderful to try different dishes. The servings were very large. The dining room was beautiful. We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen spelt lovely. Our hosts were easy to deal with. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.

Hooldusrikaste aladega ümbritsetud Butterfly Manor asub populaarsest Niagara joast vaid 3 km kaugusel. The room was very clean and we absolutely loved the breakfast! Ted was helpful and kind. Quite close to the Falls and easy access.

The place is beautiful and very clean including interiors, patio and garden at the back side. The breakfast was amazing and the vibe of the place is positive. It is very near to wego bus stop that takes you to table rock center in 10 minutes and near to Niagara falls bus terminal as well. The hosts are very accommodating, humble and helpful. They let us leave our bags until late around 10.30pm as we had our bus late in night. We will definitely visit the place again.

The facilities were clean and the owner was friendly. Great value for money. Great location. I came home late and was hungry, but there was food such as bread and eggs in the refrigerator, so I was able to eat it for free. I was thankful. I stayed in expensive and well-equipped lodgings during my 12-day trip, but none gave me as much satisfaction as this lodging.

Breakfast very copious with cooked food, yoghurt, and loved that there was plenty of fresh fruit. Access to a 24h coffee/tea/water area. Free parking very convenient. 20min walk to the falls area. Easy check in process even when arriving late.
