The care of the owner was beyond expectations, we got good advice for moving around the area and the breakfast was great, and flexible in terms of schedules. Special care was taken for the enjoyment of the our teenagers. We stayed in a family room, the room was just right for our needs and the balcony had stunningl view of the lake. When we walked in, Stefano gave us a warm welcome, and the check in to the room was super swift. When we walked into the room, it had a beautiful view and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.

The lake within walking distance. Appartment has everything what is needed for comfortable stay.

It was very easy to communicate with her and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. The Villa was charming and our room was great--especially the views of the lake. The table and chairs outside were wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine and the views. The location was perfect --we could easily walk to restaurants and it was so convenient to the ferry to take day trips to Menagio or Bellagio. I would recommend this Villa if you want to experience old world Italian charm.
