The room was amazing and premises are located in a quiet area. Wendy has put a great deal of thought into making the room as comfortable as possible for her guests making sure that anything you may need is provided. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. We loved that there was a fridge in the room and that cereals and milk were also provided in the room for breakfast. There was parking on-site. It was great value for money and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Facilities, cleanliness, location, staff friendliness. Everything was as presented and as expected and although breakfast was not included in the price the coffee and biscuits in the room were an exceptional substitute till we hit the road and find something substantial to eat.

So quirky and different but spotlessly clean. Owner Toby was so relaxed and hospitable. He makes a fabulous breakfast as well! We booked one room and received a private beautiful sitting room as well. Really a very special place and fantastic location. 2 minutes walk to Harbour and Main shopping street.

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and in a very quiet location. The attention to detail was lovely. The continental breakfast provided was amazing. It took 15 mins to walk into the centre of Lymington so perfect location. Peter gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit.
