Everything. The location is perfect to visit Bourton (couple of minutes walking). The guesthouse and the room were perfectly clean. The breakfast was excellent: plenty of choices and cooked at the moment. The staff is very professional and kind.

Staying in this B&B was really the icing on the cake that was our holiday in the Cotswolds - it made it even sweeter, lovelier and more pleasurable. To start with the hosts - Pete and Lesley were absolutely amazing. They made us feel so comfortable, safe and well accomodated, and our chats in their kitchen in the mornings made us feel like a part of their family, I sincerely wish them all the best in their future work and really hope we will have another chance to stay with them. Their B&B is perfectly located on a quiet street, but only minutes away on foot from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water. Private parking in front of the house was also available. In our opinion, it was also a great, central base for discovering the Cotswolds area. The rooms (we stayed in two of them) are of great size, bright and nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and everything during our stay was impeccably clean and tidy. We loved Pete and Lesley's thoughtful attention to details, such as cold bottles of water, since the weather was quite warm during our stay, or the chocolate box that waited for us upon our arrival, which made our three-year old especially happy. Breakfast was delicious. We had the full English every morning and loved it, while our little one ate fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants or eggs made by Pete when he wanted them (nothing seemed to be a problem for our lovely hosts). Coffee and tea were excellent. I could go on for a long time, but the bottom line is - we loved every moment spent in this B&B and were extremely sad when we were leaving. The place is adorable, location fantastic and the hosts some of the best people we had the pleasure of meeting in all our years of traveling. If you want an authentic, wonderfully relaxed and pleasant Cotswolds experience, there really is no need to look any further :)

We had a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, it was in walking distance from Burton on the Water. Lovely walk to Lower and Upper Slaughter. Very good breakfast.

Excellent location, only a short beautiful walk from the centre of town. Great facilities, amazing rooms and the gardens/grounds at Coombe house are stunning. The owner David when out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One of the best stays we’ve had while travelling. Bourton on the Water is a must see incredible location.

the staff were amazing. they had just experienced a kitchen fire three weeks before our arrival so unfortunately the dining room was closed. they took great care of us and made breakfast arrangements at a nearby hotel. we could just imagine what the ambiance would have been had they been fully operational. would love to return just to see how they are making out. one if the nicest and warmest experiences we have had.

All the staff were super duper nice and very hospitable especially Tyte. They were very service-minded. The place was very cute. The room was very cosy. The bathroom was super clean and new and spacious. Food was great! Both dinner and breakfast.
