Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.

Very central and close to the beach. Even though you were located at a busy intersection, you could not hear noise traffic from the bedrooms. Easy access to the highway/motorway if you wanted to get in a car and explore the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wifi stable and fast. No complaints about cleaning. Overall, it is not a beachfront hotel with magnificent views and service, but if you are looking for a city flat it is good option for the money.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and the modern apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils and spices. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car broke down at night. We can highly recommend this accommodation :)

On top of that, a garage to park your rental car (ask for this when booking) and a simple check-in with door code provided ahead of arrival via message. The studio has a very comfy bed, a table, a kitchen and a bathroom. The wardrobe is just a set of sliding doors: not much can be fitted inside. The hosts were gracious and helpful. The flat does not have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. The only window overlooks a dark internal patio.FilippoYoung couple

Pleasant older man brought the keys in response to a phone call (although from the booking collection of keys was rather vague). Very good wifi. Half-hourly bus from airport to Santa Catalina bus station and 20 minute walk (with luggage!) to apartment. Buses 1 and 12 run close to the apartment and travel the length of the city.

The windows are viewing the patio so there is no sound of cars. You can walk naked in the flat because there are no apartments on the opposite. Bohemian Loft has it all - welcoming wine with sweets, lighter, UK socket adapter, iron with ironing desk, smart TV, very comfortable bed, board games, beach ball, can opener and many more things. The host is a person with a great heart! Very helpful and cultural person!
