the quick, friendly and helpful reply from the staff on "whats app". the staff were very flexible and tried to help as much as possible. we asked if we can get an extra hour for late check out and it was offered with ease. the property is clean, comfortable and the automated checkin checkout process was so simple. the only item i would say it, i wish there is a gym :-)

The location was amazing, just a 5 minute walk to the best beaches and the dunes. The apartment if very comfortable with a lot of space, and all the necessary utilities. The ambient is very calm and relaxing. Also, the place is very accessible as it is 2 minutes away from the central bus station. The staff was also attentive and responsive.

The location was excellent; just 5 minutes walk from Axel and 10 to Yumbo. THe fact it was a mixed residential apartment also meant there was not a lot of parties and it was quiet at night

Location is fantastic and the bungalow was amazing. The staff where very hard working and amazing. The freshly cooked omelette I ate for breakfast where so tasty , freshly cooked by the chef.
