It is right on the airport runway, but the windows are so well insulated that if you keep the window closed you won't hear a thing!

Six rooms available in total at this site. Large shower with automatic light in the bathroom. Water, coffee and tea provided. The receptionist didn't speak any language except German but was very pleasant. We managed to communicate!

The building is old but the apartments are newly renovated and well equipped. Check in is flexible , bed is comfort and shower is powerful enough. Location is not bad, easy to connect to several cities like Bern and Interlaken. Ten miniutes on foot to the train station and local supermarket. The building is nearby the main road that’s why you can hear the busy traffic from early morning. Maybe not an ideal place for light sleepers. There is room for improvement, such as a lack of amenities and wrinkled bedsheets , but still I was going to rate it 8 if we did not have the seriouse cleanness problem: a rat in the bedroom.
