The staff was amazing and really made sure, that we have everything that we need. Since the hotel on the pictures is currently under renovation, we got a room in the Canary Nungwi Hotel with a free room upgrade and free 60 minutes massage for each one of us. It would be better to place some information in the Booking.com description, that the hotel is a different one, but they really cared well for us at the other hotel, it was a great stay and they definitely made it up for that small confusion. They also let us stay a bit longer on our last day and gave us a different room, such that we could shower once more before heading to the airport in the late afternoon.

Exceptional, attentive service. Special commendation to Chef Idd Ali who offered us the most delightful, specially prepared meals! Absolutely adored the palm-woven hat and vase adorned with hibiscus and frangipani that was gifted to me. The all-inclusive offering was worthwhile and highly recommended. Diverse cuisine and variety of flavourful food offered. The entertainment area is lovely with pool tables, table tennis, darts and books. Very easy access to the beach and walking distance from the departure point to Mnemba.

Really nice staff and services. Really helpfull all the times and made my stay very easy and comfortable. Location was perfect next to the beach. I choosed to stay in suite which was more than expected. Beautiful clean room with big balcony towards beautiful sea. I proposed my girlfriend here and I got all the help I needed from staff example beautiful decorations in the room.

The Hotel Is Beautiful..They have really good furniture. I loved my room and furniture in it.The Pool is big and really clean. The Restaurant had very good food. Thecstaff were very nice and helpful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The front desk - receptionist was so helpful in acommodating my wishes and found solutions for all my demands, and at the same time very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Real professional, thank you very much! Cleaning lady was also truly great, made my room to look a million dollar one, with flowers arranged every day on a freshly made bed. Thank you very much!
