We loved everything about The Old Mill Inn! The bedrooms were so clean, spacious, cosy, and modern. The beds were so unbelievably comfortable! The staff were so welcoming, and couldn't do enough to make you comfortable. The food was exceptional! Would highly recommend it to anyone, we'll definitely be going back!

The Crown and Cushion Appleby is situated in the market square in the centre of Appleby and features a restaurant, tea-room and bar. A charming pub hotel with lovely staff, very dog friendly. Couldn't recommend more.

Amazing location, very friendly staff and super food. With many just having a drink after walking the fells, we felt quite privileged to be staying here

Located in Barrow-in-Furness, Ormsgill Inn features free WiFi access and free private parking. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar, as well as the pool table and darts board. Staff were lovely and very attentive, always asking if everything was OK. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfy. Even went above and beyond to change our room as couldn't manage the stairs. The location and the service are superb, the owners were so very sweet and helpful even despite us arriving late they still offered us dinner and helped us out with the cycling It’s a great location to stay incase you’re hiking Scaffel Pike Couldn’t recommend the place more
