Bath,hot shower, hairdryer and ironing board in the room.Quick check in. Complimentary water,apples, bananas and sweets at the reception which was nice after a long travel. Coffee,cruasonts and breakfast bar in the morning as well. Great restaurant for dinner and a tennis table for the kids.

Staying at this hotel is less expensive than staying in London and you can take a train from the airport to london for around 30GP.
